Meet The Team

Saanvi Mittal is a Junior at Collegiate High School in Richmond, Virginia. She plays tennis with the Westwood Club, and was on the State championship team at her school. Saanvi is a volunteer tennis instructor and a peer tutor. Saanvi founded United2Fight to help spread awareness in the Rural and local communities.

Dr. Srikanth Kunaparaju is a nephrologist in Richmond, Virginia and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area. Sri received his Internal Medicine residency training at University of Pennsylvania and Nephrology Fellowship at the University of Virginia. He is the Medical Director of the DaVita Three Chopt dialysis unit and Chair of Medicine for Bon Secours St Mary's Hospital.

Rita Busch graduated from the State University of Geneseo in New York. During her 25 years of teaching in Fairport, Rita was nominated as teacher of the year, did Montessori graduate work at Matlock College in England, and was trained as an Effective Teaching Specialist. In 1997, she established The Academy of Academic Excellence, an accredited private school for children in Pre-Kindergarten through 5th grade. Rita describes her business as her heart and soul. 

Aditya Bhati is a student at the The Steward School and is a member of the school's basketball team. He has a passion for volunteering and health and helps fundraise for U2F's Narcan distribution initiative. In his free time, he can be found teaching his little sister how to swim.
